Yes, we welcome children that are accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Our gaming area is designed with adults in mind, but we welcome families during the day! Children under 13 are allowed in the gaming area until 5 PM daily, as long as they are supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please note: No one under the age of 21 is permitted in the RAK Yard after 8 PM each day. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fun and safe environment for all guests.
We will periodically set aside a small portion of the gaming area for private reservations. There is a fee for private reservations. Please contact our events team at [email protected] for more information or to book your reservation.
Just check-in with one of our guest attendants. They will ask you to complete a waiver prior to playing. The waiver is good for a year, so don’t worry, you will not need to sign it each time you visit. When you sign the waiver, you will be sent a QR code that you can use to check in each time you visit. The guest attendant will scan your credit card in the event of damaged or non-returned gaming items. The guest attendant will provide you with gaming items for whichever game you decide to play.
Yes. To best accommodate as many patrons as possible, you will be given a 45-minute period to enjoy our games. If there is not a waitlist when the time is up, you are free to continue playing until a waitlist starts. For parties of 8 or greater, the initial time period will be 60 minutes.
